Step 1
Since telephone communication between Russia and Ukraine is international, it is important to familiarize yourself with the relevant connection rules. You will need certain international codes. If in Ukraine phone numbers start with the +38 code, regardless of the mobile operator, to send an SMS or call to Russia, it is necessary that the international code +7 is at the beginning of the dialed number. After it, indicate 10 digits of the cell number.
Step 2
Use an alternative method of sending SMS messages to Russia from Ukraine. The service for sending messages is located on the website of any mobile operator. It is advisable to do this from the website of the company to which the addressee is connected. Follow the appropriate link on the selected resource, indicate in the upper field the subscriber number with the international code of Ukraine, as indicated in the previous step. After that, type the text of the message in Latin or Cyrillic. At the end of the message, leave your signature, because otherwise the addressee will not see who it is from, and then click on the send button. This service is usually free of charge.
Step 3
Please note that international messages may take longer to reach the addressee than regular SMS. If you are sending a message from a mobile phone, check the cost of the corresponding service on the operator's website. International messages are more expensive than regular ones. Make sure you have sufficient funds on your mobile account, or subscribe to one of the special rates for international communication provided by your operator.
