Downloaded games for PlayStation 3 require you to have special software and to find any disc in the drive. In addition, please note that the old way of running downloaded games on a console (jailbreak) has long been out of date and is often no longer supported by many developers.
It is necessary
- - Internet access;
- - removable storage;
- - firmware program.
Instructions
Step 1
Before downloading games for your PlayStation 3, first check your device's firmware. If you have factory software installed, learn about the procedure for flashing the game console so that you can later run downloaded games. You can use information from the following site: https://jbreaker.ru/. Please read the PlayStation 3 warranty conditions before flashing.
Step 2
After installing the custom firmware, proceed to launch the downloaded games, having previously downloaded them from the Internet (you can find links on special thematic forums, also search for torrents). Download the multiMAN software and the BDEMU drive emulator. Check the downloaded files for viruses and copy them to a removable storage device. Insert the USB flash drive into the console, then go to the "Games" menu and "Install Package Files".
Step 3
Using the joystick, first install the multiMAN manager and then the BDEMU. Copy your downloaded games to a removable drive (an external hard drive or flash drive will do). In the multiMAN manager, mark the installation file with a cross, after which the game should mount on its own. It is best to first insert any disc into the drive of your console, since not all games start on their own.
Step 4
If you have used a jailbreak before, after flashing, install the Fix Permission program on your console. It is installed similarly to the previous programs, after that, when you start games, you will not have a black screen. You may not install it if there is no such problem, however, save the downloaded installer just in case. Do not forget to check the installed equipment and downloaded games for viruses.
