Instructions
Step 1
To order a detailed MTS account, you can contact the office of this company directly. Be sure to bring your passport confirming that you are requesting information about the mobile account registered in your name. This service will be provided to you free of charge.
Step 2
In the event that you have the ability to access the Internet, go to the MTS website and specify the region in which your mobile phone is registered in the settings. On the right, on the sidebar, select "Internet Assistant" from the menu and enter this section.
Step 3
To activate your personal subsection, enter your mobile phone number in the specified format and enter your password. You can get it by typing 25, a space, your password in the sms-message. Its length must be at least 6 characters, and it must contain at least one number, one lowercase and one uppercase Latin letters. If you have already used the Internet Assistant, but forgot your password, do not worry - just send an SMS with a new password. In the system, it will be changed automatically, immediately after receiving your message.
Step 4
In the menu, select the item "Account" - "Control expenses". Details of the invoice can be presented to you in two versions - for the current month and for any period not later than six months from the current date. Choose the option that you need.
Step 5
Detailed information about outgoing calls made from your phone, sent SMS, MMS and Internet connections can be sent to you by e-mail or to your personal Internet assistant account. Specify the delivery method for the report. If you chose email, please enter its address in the appropriate field. In the next step, select your preferred document format: xml, html, pdf or xls. Check the order parameters and confirm it by pressing the "Order" button.
