Just dial * 102 # and find it out.

The operator "Megafon" has several numbers by which you can find out the status of your account. You can dial 0501 or * 100 #. Both of them are free (except for roaming). The operator also makes it possible to find out your balance by SMS. It is necessary to send a message with the text B (or B) to the number 000100.

If your telecom operator is "MTS", then contact the subscriber service at the toll free number 0890 or dial (495) 7660166. In addition, you can find out your balance thanks to a service called "Internet Assistant". To do this, visit the official website of the operator, select your location and open the tab called "Internet Assistant" (then follow the instructions on the website). There is another rather simple number by which you can find out your account. This is the number * 100 #.
