PEOPLEnet is a national telecommunications service provider and the first 3G operator in Ukraine. Account replenishment is carried out with special payment cards, in branches, as well as through the provider's website. To check the status of your account in PEOPLEnet, you can use various methods convenient for you.
Instructions
Step 1
Go to the official website of the provider at the link https://people.net.ua. On the right you will see a small menu for managing your account. To enter the system, you must first register. Send an empty SMS to the short number 909, and the money will not be withdrawn from Ukrainian subscribers. After a while, you will receive a response with a password.
Step 2
Enter your phone number and the specified password in the login form. It is necessary to use only the phone number that was specified when connecting to the Internet through the PEOPLEnet provider. Go to your personal account and go to the "Current state of my account" section.
Step 3
You can also check and change the tariff plan in the self-service system, view the payment history, activate additional bundled services or top up your account using a voucher. It should be noted that this service is available even if the Internet was turned off for non-payment or for any other reason.
Step 4
Send a blank message or call 906 from the device in which the PEOPLEnet card is inserted. In response, you will receive an audio or SMS message about the status of your balance. The service is free on the territory of Ukraine and works around the clock.
Step 5
Dial the short number 111 from the mobile number of the PEOPLEnet client, as a result you will get through to the Customer Information Support Center. If a mobile phone is not available, dial 044-506-0-506 from a landline phone. Explain your request to the operator who will check and report your account status.
Step 6
Be careful when entering passwords on the PEOPLEnet website. If you make a mistake three times in a row when entering it, then access to the self-service system will be blocked for you. To resume the service, you will need to contact the Call Center manager by phone 111 or 044-506-0-506.
