You can change the current tariff in the Megafon network to a more attractive one on the company's official website in the Service-Guide self-service system or in one of the offices.
Instructions
Step 1
Visit the official website of the Megafon company. In the upper left corner, find the "Service Guide" button. Click on it.
Step 2
Log into the self-service system. To do this, enter your phone number and password in the special fields. If you have not received an access code to the Service-Guide system before or have forgotten it, follow the instructions above the field for entering the number and password.
Step 3
Pay attention to the vertical menu on the left side of the page. You need the item "Services and Tariff". Click on it - a submenu will appear in front of you. Select the first item "Change the tariff plan" in it.
Step 4
Explore the pricing plans that are available to you. Remember that the self-service system allows you to choose not any tariff available in the arsenal of a telecom operator, but only those that are listed on the main part of the page that opens. You can set a specific date, starting from which the new tariff plan will operate. If you would like to choose one of the other available contracts, please contact the company office.
Step 5
Choose the most convenient Megafon office for you. This information is available on the main page of the official website in a horizontal menu in the "Help and Service" section. You can use the convenient search system by the name of the metro station or on the map.
Step 6
Visit the Megafon office. Explain to the employee that you want to switch to another tariff plan, but that it is not available in the self-service system.
Step 7
Fill out the application form provided to you by the office employee, indicate in it the tariff plan you would like to switch to. Provide the specialist with your passport. The connection to the new tariff plan will take place within two weeks, an SMS message will be sent to your number. Remember that a fee is debited from the account for switching from one tariff to another, its amount is up to 200 rubles.
