There are times when you need to clean or restore your phone or tablet. This happens if you need to sell a device or donate, or just a huge number of applications are no longer needed. In this case, you need to do a factory reset.
Instructions
Step 1
For devices from different manufacturers, different steps need to be taken. If you want to reset Samsung to factory settings, the phone must be turned off. Then simultaneously press several buttons on the case: the upper volume key, "Home", turn on the device.
Step 2
When restoring factory firmware to Sony Ericsson, you must first turn on the device completely. Then press three buttons at the same time: camera power mode, volume (bottom button), smartphone power button.
Step 3
For LG devices, you need to completely turn off the phone (turn off the power), then press and hold the following buttons at the same time (hold time - 10 seconds): volume down key, main screen activation button, power button. Then, after the LG logo appears on the screen, release the power button. When the Recovery screen appears, release all other buttons.
Step 4
To restore factory settings on a Huawei device, you need to press three buttons at the same time: power on the phone, volume (increase) located on the side, and volume (decrease).
Step 5
If the factory firmware is restored on HTC, the smartphone must be completely powered off. Then press and hold the volume down key for a while. Next, briefly press the power button (do not hold). The volume down button must be released only when Recovery is highlighted on the screen (3 androids will appear on the screen). After that, find the item for clearing memory (Clear Storage) and select it by pressing the power button for this. The last step will be to confirm the selected actions, for which use the volume down button.
