To make a call to a Ukrainian mobile phone, dial the number in the international format: +38, where 38 is the international dialing code of Ukraine. Three digits after 38 - mean the code of the mobile operator of Ukraine. Next, dial the subscriber number itself.
Step 2
Each Ukrainian operator, respectively, has its own code: 039- Golden Telecom, 063, 093 - Life, 066, 095, 068- Beeline, 092- PEOPLEnet, 094- Intertelecom. Codes for calls to Kyivstar phones: 067, 096, 097 - Djuice, 098 - Mobile. MTS operator codes: 050, 095, 066 - Jeans, 099 - Jeans, Ecotel.
Step 3
So, to call from a mobile to Ukraine, press +, then dial 38, then the code of the Ukrainian operator, for example, 067 - Kyivstar and - the number itself. It looks like this: + 38067YYYNNN1 - call button - Kyivstar's mobile number is given. However, the number itself is not used separately from the code.
Step 4
To call from a landline phone, you need to know not only the subscriber's number, but also the city code to which the call is made. Dial the long distance access code, wait for the dial tone, then dial the international access code - 38067YYYNNN1. Thus, for calls to Ukraine from Russia, the dialing scheme is as follows: 8 - (dial tone) - 00 -38067YYYNNN1.
Step 5
Pay special attention to the fact that there are codes 070, 0703, 090, 0 900 in Ukraine. These are by no means the codes of Ukrainian operators. These are paid numbers of both reputable companies providing consulting services (the cost of a call is always present next to the phone number), and all kinds of fraudsters. Numbers 090, 0 900 are night lotteries, online voting, recordings on reality shows. Calling these numbers will result in a fairly large amount of money being leaked, so you should think carefully before calling such a number.
