Instructions
Step 1
Dial * 100 # on your mobile phone and press the call key. After processing the request, a message on the account status written in Latin letters will appear on the cell phone screen. This service is provided free of charge.
Step 2
Call the toll-free number 8-800-333-0500 from your mobile phone, select the language of communication. Follow the instructions of the voice in the receiver, press the necessary buttons on the phone (you need to press the number "1" three times after the instructions), and the machine will tell you the state of your balance. You can also wait for the operator's response, and he will answer all your questions.
Step 3
Go to the website www.megafon.ru. At the top of the page on the right, click on the "Service Guide" button. Enter in the appropriate fields your phone number and password to access the self-service system. If you have not received the password before, dial * 105 * 00 # from your mobile and press the call button. The password to access the system will be sent to you in an SMS message. If the password has been lost or you want to change it, dial * 105 * 01 # and press the call key. The system will tell you what to do. Come up with a new password and assign it. Step 4
If you have questions about the funds you spent during a certain period, select “One-Time Drill Down” from the menu on the left. In the special windows, select which period you are interested in and the method of information delivery. You will receive a detailed report by fax or email. You can get information about all calls, SMS messages and connected services for any time period during the last six months.
