For some people, it is very important to control the balance of funds on the balance sheet. Subscribers of the mobile operator "Megafon" can receive information about the state of their personal account in various ways.
Instructions
Step 1
To find out the balance of your personal account, use the special USSD command. To do this, dial from your phone: * 100 # and the call key. The display of your phone will show a service message with the information you need.
Step 2
You can also find out the balance using the Service Guide service. To do this, go to the official website of the mobile operator, in the upper right corner find the inscription "Service Guide", click on it. A window will open in front of you, where you will need to specify the number and password that you must register earlier. After entering these details, click "Login". A page will open that will contain information about the state of your personal account.
Step 3
You can find out about the state of your personal account by calling the customer service line at 0500. Listen to the autoinformer and follow its instructions; or contact the operator by pressing the "0" key.
Step 4
You can also get information at the nearest office of the cellular company "Megafon". To do this, you must have a SIM card with you or know your mobile phone number.
Step 5
To find out the state of the personal account of another subscriber, for example, your loved one, use the "Balance of loved ones" service. This option is available for all tariff plans, except for those that are corporate. The service is provided free of charge.
Step 6
To activate the "Balance of loved ones" service, send a message to 000006 from the number, the balance of which you will check in the future. In the text of the SMS, indicate the following text: + (your ten-digit number). Or just use the USSD command: * 438 * 1 * your phone number # and call key. After that, you can control the balance using the USSD command: * 100 * ten-digit number of the "ward" # and a call key.
