If your phone has been jailbroken, that is, it has passed the jailbreak procedure, you can install programs from unofficial sources. It is strongly not recommended to jailbreak yourself, as you can damage the device. Download iTunes from the official Apple website, then register and log in to it.

Connect your IPhone to your computer, make sure the sync is successful. Download any free game via iTunes, as well as the iFunBox file manager. Download MobileInstallation for the exact firmware version that is installed on your phone.
Step 6
Using a file manager, open the /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/MobileInstallation.framework folder and rename the "MobileInstallation" file to "MobileInstallation.bak". After that, transfer the downloaded MobileInstallation file there and set the rights to 755 for it.
Step 7
Restart your IPhone. After that, you can install programs downloaded from unofficial sites in the same way as from official ones.
