Therefore, the easiest way to demagnetize a CRT monitor is to turn it off and then turn it on, and you should hear a specific sound that resembles a click. If you do not hear this sound, it means that the monitor does not support this function.

Try to find a dedicated monitor demagnetize button on one of the side panels. Usually the button you are looking for is located next to the monitor power off button.
