Step 1
Pay attention to the way the TV is connected to the source.
Step 2
First, turn off the TV using the top key of the remote control "Off".
Step 3
Press the power button on the TV panel itself.
Step 4
Unplug the plug from the outlet that is capable of generating electric current.
Step 5
If there is an extra cord that connects your TV to an outlet, then unplug that too. The entire TV system must be de-energized - remember safety precautions.
Step 6
After 20-30 minutes, reconnect everything and check the condition of your TV. Usually, the spots fade quickly and do not appear for a long time.
