Google Pixel 4 is a smartphone developed by Google Corporation and has its own features, advantages and disadvantages. Is it worth the attention of the consumer and does it have a future?
Design
The Google Pixel 4 sits comfortably in the hand and is relatively small at 147.1 x 68.8 x 8.2 mm. This device weighs only 162 grams, which is very small.
The smartphone is available in three color variations - red, white and black. In this case, it is worth paying attention to the power button. Playing with colors gives a certain individuality to the device, such a design solution slightly distinguishes the device from others.
A case with the company logo on the bottom is included in the set. Due to individual dimensions, it cannot be sold separately, but there is a need for it. It's all about the material from which the smartphone is made. Corning Gorilla Glass 5, which is the surface of the phone, is easily soiled and leaves fingerprints on itself.
And if you do not put a cover on it, then you have to regularly wipe the back panel, because otherwise it will all be covered with traces.
The manufacturer decided to abandon the fingerprint scanner, following the path of the iPhone. A three-dimensional face recognition system works here. However, if we compare the Google Pixel and the iPhone in this regard, they tried more on the first. If a device from Apple is constantly looking for the owner's face and sometimes cannot recognize it from other angles, then the Google Pixel quickly navigates, reads the face at different times of the day and from different angles. Moreover, unlocking is much faster.
Camera
The camera has always been a strong point of the Google Pixel, and this is due to the algorithms developed by Google for image processing. There is a detailed night shooting here.
If we consider the characteristics, then the front camera has 8 MP (pixel size 1.22 microns), f / 2.0 aperture. There is no autofocus, but there is a portrait mode, which slightly blurs the background, reducing its brightness.

Thanks to it, you can see the final screen of the photo during shooting, adjust the brightness of the picture, contrast, and so on. Although this is a trifle, it allows you to take the picture to a completely different level.

The Google Pixel 4 smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 seven-core processor. It has 6 GB of RAM 64/128 GB of internal camera (depending on configuration). There is no slot for a second SIM-card and a memory card. The phone is powered by Google Android 10.0 operating system.
