For subscribers who like to communicate by means of messages, MTS offers to activate the "Chat" service. Using it, you can correspond with your friends around the clock, while paying only 1.5 rubles per day. If you want to disable it, you can do it in several ways.
Instructions
Step 1
Deactivate the "Chat" service using a USSD request. Enter the following combination of characters on your mobile phone: * 111 * 2 # and the call button. In the list that appears, select "Disable". After that, a message will be sent to your cell phone with the results of disabling the option. This request is free of charge.
Step 2
Having access to the Internet, you can remove the "Chat" service from the list of active options. To do this, you need to use the "Internet Assistant" system, which is located on the official website of the cellular company. By entering the link into the address bar, you will find yourself on the main page of the site. Find the inscription "Login to your Personal Account", with the mouse cursor click on it. Enter your phone number and password. If you are using the system for the first time, register a password for access. To do this, click on the inscription "Get password", then enter the requested information. Within a minute, a message with a username and password will be sent to your phone. Enter them in the required field on the MTS website.
Step 3
Go to the "Internet Assistant" tab. Select the "Tariffs and Services" section and then "Service Management". Find the "Chat" service in the list and click "Disable". After that, click on the "Disable services" function. The operation is also free of charge.
Step 4
If you cannot turn off the "Chat" service on your own, use the help of a customer service consultant. To do this, you need to drive up to the company's office or contact dealers. You can also call the operator's contact center at 0890. Use the autoinformer or wait for a response from a company employee. The service can be disabled only after you name the passport data of the owner of the personal account or the code word registered at the time of the conclusion of the contract.
