Step 1
In order to turn off the Beeline chat, use sending a request to the number * 110 * 410 # and press the call button. After registering your application for a certain period of time, you will receive a message informing you about the deactivation of this service.

Also, to deactivate the "Chat" service, contact the operator. To do this, dial 0611 on your phone and switch the phone to tone dialing mode. Next, select a mobile connection and listen to the desired command to communicate with the operator.

Wait until the line is free and inform the operator that you would like to disable the "Chat" service. In some cases, you may need the passport data of the person to whom the SIM card is registered. This method is not entirely convenient, since sometimes you have to wait for a very long time for a response from the technical support staff.

Change the status of the "Chat" service through the user's personal account. To do this, go to the site https://www.beeline.ru, select your region and go to the section "Personal account" in cellular services. Select the creation of an account by entering your number in the appropriate field of the page. Within a few minutes you will be sent a message with a password for access, enter it and go to the section for managing connected services.

Highlight the service you do not need using the mouse button (in this case, this is the "Chat Beeline" service) and select the shutdown function. You can also use your personal account to manage other additional services, change the tariff plan, view information on issues of interest to you and much more. This is the most convenient method of all of the above, but it assumes that you have a computer and an Internet connection. The account can also be accessed from your phone's browser.
