As a rule, you can use the connected services for free for a certain period, but after a while, payments for such options begin to be charged. If an unnecessary chat was connected to the tariff plan from Megafon, you can disable this service in several ways.

Instructions
Step 1
If you want to turn off the chat, in which communication takes place through a special application in the cell phone and in which you can communicate with subscribers of Megafon, Beeline and MTS, then send a free SMS message to the number with the text “2” to number 5070.
Step 2
To disable this service in another way, dial * 507 * 2 # from your mobile and press the "Call" button. In a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation of the disabled option in an SMS message.
Step 3
To turn off chat from the Internet, go to the Megafon website and find the "Service Guide" on it, with which you can connect and disconnect services to your number. Get a password to enter by dialing the command * 105 * 00 # and pressing "Call". Then you will receive a password to enter in the message.
Step 4
To enter the Service Guide, enter 10 digits of your number and password as a login. After entering your personal account, find the list of connected services and delete the chat from it.
Step 5
If you have not used the chat within 90 days from the moment of its activation, then in this case you do not need to take any action, according to the rules for the provision of the service, you will be automatically disconnected from it. This option is only good for a long test period of 3 months or more.
Step 6
A month, a week, 3 days and a day before the service is disabled, you will receive SMS messages from the operator, which will contain notifications about the imminent deletion of the profile in the chat.
Step 7
To deactivate the "Unlimited SMS-chat" service, with the help of which you can communicate by SMS with Megafon subscribers using any cellular model, dial * 505 # 0 # 186 # from your phone and press the "Call" button. Receive a message confirming that this option has been disabled.
Step 8
To unsubscribe from SMS chat from your personal account, log in to the Service Guide by entering 10 digits of your phone number and the password you received earlier. At the first visit to the service, dial * 105 * 00 # and press "Call". After entering your personal section, remove SMS chat from the list of connected services.
