Nerves, a queue and a large commission - all this awaits you if you pay utility bills in savings banks. However, progress does not stand still, and all this can be easily avoided. After all, you can pay for your receipts using special payment terminals or ATMs.

Necessary

  • -terminal;
  • -ATM;
  • -a plastic card;
  • -cash

Instructions

Step 1

To pay for housing services through the terminal, first select the appropriate one (i.e. the one with the lowest commission). For example, it can be a special terminal for paying for services, which is now available in almost all branches of Sberbank. If you pay by card, then first load it into the device. Select the appropriate field "Payment for utilities" on the terminal screen, click on it either directly on the screen, or using the keyboard, which is located on the side and in the center.

Step 2

Now enter the information that the machine asks for you. As a rule, this is the identification number of the service user (written on the right side of the receipt and highlighted in bold). Then enter the billing period in two-digit month and four-year format. This must be the period for which you want to pay. Then choose a payment with or without insurance. And the screen will display the amount to be repaid. If you pay with a card, just confirm it and receive a check. If you pay in cash, then put the bills into the machine until you load the required amount. Remember that the terminal does not give change. Now take the check. And that's all, the services are paid!

Step 3

The payment scheme through conventional terminals, which can be found in almost any store, is similar to the first one. The difference is that such devices are not intended for cashless payments. This means that you can only pay in cash. Again, the terminal does not give change, so take care of the required amount of money in advance. Likewise, at the end of the calculation, you will receive a check confirming the fact of payment. The only drawback of such devices is that their commission can be impressive.

Step 4

You can also pay for utility services through an ATM terminal. Here, on the contrary, cash settlement is not provided. Payment by card only. In the same way, it must be loaded into an ATM, select the required fields and, following the system prompts, enter your data. The money will be debited from your account as soon as you click "Pay". The commission for such a service, as a rule, is 1% of the payment amount.
