To acquire a valid high-quality phone that was legally imported into Russia, you need to pay attention to many factors. Fake phones break down rather quickly, and can cause not only inconvenience when using them, but also harm your health.

Pay attention to the presence of Russian letters on the phone keypad. All officially imported phones have a Russian layout, evenly applied to the surface of the keys. Keyboard stickers are also not allowed.

All branded phones have a fully Russified menu. No additional logos of global mobile operators should be present on the body and packaging of the device.

It is imperative to have a well-made company manual in Russian, along with documents in English.

The corresponding CCE and PCT (CCC) certification marks may be applied under the back cover of the phone. This is not a required parameter for all phones, however, many world manufacturers still print them. The box must also contain a declaration of conformity for technical means of communication and a proprietary warranty card translated into Russian.

Nokia always indicates the country in which the device was assembled. If it says under the battery that the device is "Made by Nokia", then it is definitely a fake.
Step 6
In a "white" mobile phone, only Russian operators' settings are used in WAP profiles. The presence of profiles for Vodafone or Orange should be alarming. Phones often lack internet presets, and this shouldn't be a concern.
Step 7
The IMEI indicated under the phone battery must match the value indicated when dialing the combination of numbers "* # 06 #".
