4G is the new standard for mobile communications. It provides a mobile subscriber with at least 10 Mbps. The speeds are about the same.

Fuel to the fire was added by smartphone manufacturers, who completely confused users by indicating either LTE or 4G support in their devices. What to do?
Experts advise against agonizing over a choice. If you have LTE, take LTE. Large cities have already deployed these communication standards. 4G is even better. When 4G is rolled out, your phone will work there too. But you won't win much in speed.
