Performing a full reset, or factory reset, of the HTC communicator should be used only if it is impossible to restore the normal operation of the device by standard means, as it leads to the deletion of all user content.
Instructions
Step 1
Simultaneously press the functional soft buttons to the left and right of the control wheel of HTC Artemis and briefly press the stylus on the reset button located in the ninth bottom part of the communicator (for HTC P3300 Artemis).
Step 2
Continue to hold down the soft buttons until you are prompted to perform a full reset of the device and confirm the operation by pressing the "Yes" button (for HTC P3300 Artemis).
Step 3
Simultaneously press the Yes (answer button) and End (call reset button) function keys on the front of HTC Touch and briefly press the soft reset button on the bottom of the device with the stylus (for HTC P3450 Touch).
Step 4
Continue to hold down the Yes and End buttons until you are prompted to completely reset the device and confirm the operation by pressing the Yes button (for HTC P3450 Touch).
Step 5
Simultaneously press the GPS and IE function keys in the lower face of HTC Cruise and briefly press the soft reset button on the lower face of the device with the stylus (for HTC Z3650 Cruise).
Step 6
Continue to hold down the GPS and IE buttons until you are prompted to completely reset the device and confirm the operation by pressing the "Yes" button (for HTC З3650 Cruise).
Step 7
Simultaneously press the volume down key and the center of the HTC Diamond joystick and briefly press the power button of the device (for HTC P3700 Diamond).
Step 8
Continue to hold down the selected buttons until the service menu appears on the screen of the device and use the volume up key to perform the formatting operation while saving the information to the flash disk, or select the option to clear all user data by pressing the volume down button again (for HTC P3700 Diamond).
