If you are calling not from a mobile phone, but from a landline phone, then use the number 502-5500. In addition, you are always ready to provide assistance in any technical support office of subscribers or in the Megafon communication salon. There they will solve the problems that have arisen and set up the necessary services.

Clients of another company, namely "MTS", can use the existing short number 0876. You can use it to order automatic settings of the Internet connection at any time. The call, by the way, is free, the operator will not withdraw funds from the account for it. To order the settings you need, you can also go to the official website of the operator "MTS". There you will find a special request form that you need to fill out and send (nothing complicated: usually you only need to provide a phone number). Do not forget about another free number 1234, intended for sending SMS messages (no text required, send an "empty" message). In addition, you can get the settings when you visit the nearest communication salon or operator's office.

In "Beeline" there are two different ways to connect the Internet settings on your mobile phone. One of them is a GPRS connection. To order automatic GPRS settings, you must use the USSD command * 110 * 181 #. In the event that you need a different type of connection, dial the request * 110 * 111 #. After receiving the settings, restart your mobile phone for the settings to become active.
