Most people find it difficult to imagine their existence without a cell phone, so its breakdown is perceived by many as a disaster. If, having taken out a mobile phone, its owner discovers complete inactivity and an extinct screen, he must take measures to "reanimate" it. And then, in the shortest possible time, he will be able to get in touch with his loved ones.
Necessary
- - cellular telephone;
- - Charger;
- - card reader;
- - the address of the repair shop.
Instructions
Step 1
The most common reason for a phone to turn off is when its battery is completely discharged. It is eliminated by connecting the device to the charger and connecting to the mains. The screens of some models flash up immediately - and after a few seconds the mobile phone can be turned on and used without disconnecting the charging plug, while others need some time to "revive". If after half an hour the state of the phone has not changed, then the source of its inoperative state lies elsewhere. However, the lack of response to the connection to the network can be a consequence of the failure of the charger, so you should go to the store and ask to try a new one.
Step 2
The battery may have expired, that is, to turn on the cellular device, it will be enough to remove the used battery and replace it with another one. An urgent replacement requires a nutrient if traces of deformation are noticeable on its surface: swellings, drips. The problem may also lie in the separation of the battery contacts after the mobile phone is dropped, so it is worth opening the cover and checking the tightness of their connection.
Step 3
In modern devices, troubles can be caused by an ordinary memory card, which, "hanging up", blocks the process of starting the program and prevents the phone from turning on. Therefore, before pressing the power button, this component must be removed from the slot. If the mobile phone has "come to life", then you can try to insert a memory card, in case of further malfunctions it will have to be subjected to computer formatting. To do this, you need a card reader, but it should be borne in mind that all saved data will be destroyed.
Step 4
Exposure to dampness has an extremely negative effect on electronics, and for the appearance of disturbances in its operation, it is not at all necessary to drop the device into water and get into the rain with it. Even lying on a bedside table in a steam-filled bathroom, he can fail due to the closure of contacts on his microcircuit. First aid in this case is the analysis of the mobile phone and its drying. If this does not help, it should be taken to a service workshop.
Step 5
Repair in a workshop will also be required if there is a software failure and a flashing or phone update is required, which an ordinary user is unlikely to cope with. A simpler breakdown, but at the same time difficult to diagnose, is the jamming of the power button, which can be easily eliminated by replacing it.
