Connect your mobile phone to your computer using a USB cable or Bluetooth adapter. After defining the device, click the "Synchronize" button. Wait for this process to complete.

Select "Phonebook" and click the "Back up" button. Activate the item "Automatically sync when connected". Now the program will automatically check for new contacts and add them to the backup. Now go to the SMS Messages menu and save your important text files to your computer.
