The standard way to transfer data from a computer to a phone is using the data-cable that comes with the phone. Before connecting the phone to the computer via a cable, install the appropriate drivers, which are usually written on the disc that comes with the phone. Along with the drivers, proprietary programs can be installed on the computer designed to synchronize contact and calendar data with the phone, as well as acting as a file manager. After connecting the phone to the computer, the latter can be defined as a removable disk or as a mobile phone. In the first case, data transfer can be carried out using standard Windows tools, and in the second case - using proprietary software that comes with the device.
Step 2
Data transfer from a computer to a phone can also be carried out using card readers. This method is suitable for phones that support flash cards. To transfer data from the computer to the phone, remove the flash card from the phone and insert it into a card reader connected to the computer. Use a dedicated flash card adapter if necessary. Using this method of data transfer is not much different from writing files to a regular portable flash card.
Step 3
Data transfer from a computer to a phone can also be carried out using wireless technologies. The most common wireless data transmission technology currently used is Bluetooth. Make sure the Bluetooth module is present in your computer and phone. Then activate it on both devices. To connect the computer to the phone, click on the Bluetooth icon in the system tray. In the dialog box that opens, click on the "Add device" button. Then follow all the instructions of the bluetooth wizard to establish a connection. After that, click on the "Browse files on the phone" button and copy all the necessary files to the phone via Bluetooth.
