Apple products are becoming more and more popular every year, and the iPod is considered one of the most convenient players that can perform a lot of additional functions in addition to playing music. However, unlike other players, uploading files to iPod is not so easy, for this you have to use a special program.
Necessary
iTunes
Instructions
Step 1
You need iTunes to transfer files to your player. You can download it both on the official Apple website and on free file hosting services. Then install the program on your computer. iTunes does not require registration and the introduction of an activation key and is quite simple and convenient to use if you understand it.
Step 2
Connect your iPod to your computer with a cable and the program will start automatically. If you want to record music on the player, open the tab "music", music or "media library" in the program - they may have different names in different versions of the program. Use the mouse to drag your selected music compositions or entire albums of authors there. Then click "file" and choose "sync" to move the songs to your iPod. If you are using iTunes as a player on your personal computer and do not want to sync all your media, you can drop individual files onto your iPod by hovering your mouse over them, right-clicking and choosing “sync”.
Step 3
Besides listening to music, you can watch your favorite movies on your player. ITunes has a "films" tab, it is also films, which you need to use if you decide to watch your favorite TV series on the road. Drag the selected movie there and also sync it. Remember that the video must be in mp4 format, otherwise the player will not play it.
Step 4
You can upload books and your favorite pictures and photos to your iPod. To do this, use the appropriate tabs "books" or books and "photos" or photos. Drag the selected files into the window that opens and sync them with the iPod.
