Step 2
So, for example, to deactivate the Weather subscription on a phone connected to the Megafon network, dial the following USSD request: * 505 # 0 # 1 #. Then press the call key. If a paid newsletter "News of Russia" comes to your phone every day, you can turn it off by typing the following keyboard combination: * 505 # 0 # 32 #. To unsubscribe from News in the World, dial * 505 # 0 # 39 #.
Step 3
If you have activated the "Kaleidoscope" service, various news will periodically appear on your phone screen. If you want to disable such mailing, go to the menu of your device, select the "Applications" section, then "Kaleidoscope", the sub-item "Settings" and "Broadcast", set the position to "Disable". In addition, you can cancel the Kaleidoscope service by sending an SMS with the text stop to the following number: 5038.
Step 4
Call the operator of the information service of the company "Megafon" at 0500. Ask to disconnect you from all mailings, having previously named your passport data.
Step 5
Go to one of the communication salons of the Megafon operator located in your city. Don't forget to take your passport with you. Ask to turn off all mailings from the provider that are available on your phone number.
Step 6
You can turn off boring services using a computer with Internet access. Open the "Service Guide" application on the official website of the Megafon company in the "Help and Service" section. There you can see which mailings are connected to your phone, as well as disable them. If you do not yet have a password to enter the Service-Guide system, use the tips posted on the site to obtain it.
