MTS, like many other operators, produces phones that work only with their SIM cards. These phones work in much the same way as ordinary ones, and the process of their flashing is not much different from this operation with other mobile devices.

Instructions
Step 1
Download the firmware for your MTS phone model. Whenever possible, try to choose the official software so as not to damage the device. After downloading the files, unzip them and check for viruses.
Step 2
Observe these conditions if you want to extend the life of your phone and be sure to choose for downloading only working software that has reviews from other owners of MTS phones. It is also recommended to make a backup copy of the files and contacts of the phone book before flashing.
Step 3
Prepare a micro-sd card, it is best that, in addition to the firmware program, there are no extraneous files on it. Also check the removable storage for viruses. Copy the software to it, insert the card into the phone slot.
Step 4
Please note that it must be turned off when flashing. Please select a memory card with a supported capacity, as otherwise it may not be recognized. You can find out the maximum volume in the user manual or in the specification of the phone on the Internet.
Step 5
Start the process of flashing the MTS phone by pressing a combination of the end calls, increase the volume and power on the phone. Wait until the device is flashed (the update process should be displayed on the screen), it usually takes about 2-3 minutes, after which your mobile device will reboot itself.
Step 6
After flashing the MTS phone, remove the removable storage from it, uninstall the software and then you can use the card at your discretion. Turn on your mobile device and check its operation, if no malfunctions are noticed, then you have completed the firmware correctly.
