Instructions
Step 1
If your operator is Megafon OJSC, deactivate the "Change the dial tone" service by calling 0770, then press button 2 in the conversation mode. Then follow the instructions of the autoinformer.
Step 2
Megafon subscribers can disconnect by using the contact center of the cellular company. To do this, you need to dial the short number 0500 from your phone. Wait for the operator's answer or act according to the voice prompts of the informant.
Step 3
Deactivate the "Change dial tone" service using the USSD command. To do this, while in the "Megafon" network, dial the following command: * 111 * 29 # and the "Call" key. An SMS will be sent to your mobile phone within a minute with the result of the operation performed, the melody will be replaced with regular beeps.
Step 4
Using a special Internet system located at www.zamenigoodok.megafon.ru, cancel the service. Here you will need to register. After that, go to your personal page, find the link to deactivate the service and click on it.
Step 5
Remove the "Change dial tone" option by contacting the nearest office or representative office of OJSC "Megafon". Here you will be required to prove your identity, so take your passport or other document with you.
Step 6
If you are a client of MTS OJSC, disable GOOD'OK using the Internet Assistant, you can find it at www.mts.ru. Here you will need a password to enter your personal account. Find the "Service Management" section in the menu, disable the service, save the changes.
Step 7
You can also unsubscribe from the service using the system located at www.goodok.mts.ru. Here you will need to register, then you will receive a password and will be able to manage the service yourself.
Step 8
Disable the connected option by calling the service line for MTS OJSC subscribers at 0890. Remember that disconnection is free of charge, but the subscription fee for the remaining days of the month will not be refunded to you.
