If you periodically receive the Quiz newsletter from the number 5022 to your phone in the Megafon network, you can turn it off in one of the following ways. Send an sms-message to number 5022 with one of the text options: "No", "Unsubscribe", "Send", "STOP", "No".
Step 2
Dial the following USSD request: "* 505 # 0 # 333 #" and press the call key.

If you have any related questions, you can call the operator of the round-the-clock information and reference network "Megafon" at 0500 and, having named the passport or other data that you indicated when concluding an agreement with this company, solve all your problems …

You can personally visit the cellular communication salon of the Megafon operator, take your passport with you and turn off this and other services you do not need. If for health reasons or for any other valid reasons you cannot personally come to the representative office of the company, your official representative (a person who has a notarized power of attorney to manage your affairs) can do this for you.

To find out the location of the nearest Megafon mobile communication company representative offices, go to the official website of this provider. Select your region from the drop-down list at the top of the page and click the Help & Service tab. In the left column of the window that appears, click on the link "Our offices". You will see a map with the marked points of the Megafon network representative offices in your region. If you hover the cursor over one of these designations, the exact address of the location of the Megafon office will appear.
