Samsung Galaxy has tried to make it as difficult as possible to disassemble your phone at home. But they failed to make the motherboard completely inaccessible to an inquiring mind.
Necessary
Metal spatula (pick can be used), screwdriver, tweezers
Instructions
Step 1
Remove the battery from the phone first. Do not pick it with your fingernails, because the Samsung Galaxy battery does not have the usual nail hollow. Use a metal spatula.
Step 2
Unscrew the 7 screws to release the back panel. It is best to start with the top bolt, which is located to the left of the camera.
Step 3
Use a metal spatula to lightly pry the back panel around the entire perimeter. Then it will be easier to remove it and you will not damage the case.
Step 4
To remove the system board, disconnect all cables from it. Namely - coaxial cable, ear speaker connector, camera connector, display and sensor connector, home button connector and bottom board connector. The coaxial cable is located on the left above the battery slot. All others are further clockwise. The bottom board connector is the last one to the right of the battery slot.
Step 5
Unscrew the two screws (one to the left of the camera, the second to the right of the battery) and use a metal spatula to pry the volume and power buttons on the phone so as not to damage them. Now you have released the system board and you can remove it.
Step 6
To remove the front camera, you first need to free it from the metal holder plate. This is where tweezers come in handy.
Step 7
Samsung Galaxy disassembled! It remains only to understand why you needed to disassemble it and re-read this article from the bottom up in order to put all the details in place and connect the connectors.
