Step 1
Set call forwarding. For the efficient operation of the service, it is better to set several forwarding calls to Voice Mail: unconditional, in case of inaccessibility of the subscriber or if the user does not answer the call, by the busy signal. If call forwarding is set, then, regardless of the reason why this number could not be reached, the caller will be asked to leave a voice message for the subscriber. When it is left, a notification about the left voice message arrives on the phone, and all that remains is to listen to it.
Step 2
Call the proposed number. When the notification is received, you need to dial the “Voice mail” call number set by the operator of the communication network you are using. It can be a full mobile phone number or a short number consisting of three digits. By pressing the call key, you will establish a connection with the “Voice mail” system, designed to register, forward and save voice messages.
Step 3
Enter your own number. Next, you must provide your own phone number and the password for the "Voice mail" box, set when the service was activated. Most often, the operator asks the owner of the phone to dial "7 (phone number) # (password) #" on his phone. Usually a simple password is automatically set for the user, it can be "000" or "111", depending on the operator. For the safety and protection of the data of the voice mailbox, it is recommended to set your password the first time you use this service.
Step 4
Listen to the voicemail. The operator provides access to the mailbox with the left voice messages, after which you can perform the necessary actions with the voice messages: listen, delete, save, etc., for this, the commands set by the operator are used.
