HTC communicators appeared on the Russian market not so long ago, but they have already gained great popularity among connoisseurs of smartphones. Their appearance and functionality are indeed very attractive - but what are the specific advantages and disadvantages of these communicators?
Advantages of NTS
NTS smartphones are made of pleasant matte plastic, which practically does not get dirty. The communicator's screen is protected by special glass, which is very difficult to scratch - in addition, it is equipped with a proximity sensor that turns off the screen when brought to your ear. The body of the NTS is equipped with only a few necessary backlit buttons, which are located in such a way that accidental pressing of the adjacent button is excluded.
NTS communicators are of excellent build quality, but their cover is rather difficult to remove.
The diagonal of the display of the NTS communicators is 3.7 inches, and the viewing angles are so great that the picture will be seen without distortion, even with a very strong tilt. Excellent color reproduction allows you to look at the display without any problems delivered by sunlight. The powerful processor of the smartphone can easily perform several tasks at the same time and does not slow down when switching between different applications. Also, the advantages of the NTS include: a clear and easy-to-use interface, touch control, the presence of an optical trackball, many widgets, secure work with remote data and built-in GPS.
Disadvantages of NTS
Among the shortcomings of NTS communicators, we can mention the slowness of the GPS navigator, which sometimes refuses to turn on at all and to "warm up" it, you need to download certain applications. However, this drawback is found only in specific models, and even then it is quite rare. Also, NTS smartphones cannot boast of a capacious battery - its active use lasts a maximum of a day, and when using GPS or wi-fi, the charge begins to decrease literally before our eyes.
In addition, the charging of NTS communicators is heavily "eaten" by the included 3G connection and the working Push Email application.
And finally, the disadvantage of these smartphones is the camera, which takes excellent photos in bright light and stationary subjects, but taking photos in dim light and with shaky hands will give poor picture quality. The same applies to LED flash, which HTC communicators also cannot boast of - when using it, people in photographs literally turn into ghosts. In the future, the developers promise to improve the functionality of the camera, but for now, the owners of the NTS can master programs to improve the quality of photos taken with their communicator.
