Disassembling the remote control is in most cases an unnecessary step, which is done in order to repair badly pressed buttons or in case of a malfunction. In the second case, it is best to contact the services of service centers, or, even better, purchase a new control device if you do not have the skills to work with microcircuits.
It is necessary
- - small Phillips screwdriver;
- - a plastic card.
Instructions
Step 1
Carefully inspect the case of the remote control for any bolts, also check the battery compartment, if there are any fasteners, remove them using a small Phillips screwdriver of the correct size. Next, make sure that the sides of the case are not glued together. Press down on the sides of the Samsung Remote, then insert a plastic card from the side and slide it around the device to avoid damaging the edges of the remote.
Step 2
Open the cover of the remote control and unscrew the microcircuit. Disconnect the spring for the battery compartment from it, remove the buttons from the front panel of the case by pushing them from the outside. Clean the remote control keypad with alcohol to avoid pressing problems later. In case you find a burnt out microcircuit of the device, it is better to buy a new one instead of replacing the faulty board. Do not disconnect the sensor from the microcircuit.
Step 3
If the remote control body is glued around the edges, use a flat screwdriver or a mild knife to open it. Install the remote control in a horizontal position, install a screwdriver at the junction of the walls of the case, and then lightly hit the handle of the device with your palm. When the case opens slightly, pry it off with a knife or screwdriver and slide it around the perimeter of the device. After that, also use glue to assemble the remote control.
Step 4
In order to disassemble the touch control panel, also use a suitable screwdriver, but also disconnect the touch sensor, which is usually located above the keyboard. Also, be careful when removing the shield, try not to damage the connecting cables. It is best in this case to contact a specialist for repairs.
