Are you a subscriber of MTS and for some reason decided to change your tariff to a more profitable one? There are several ways to do this. You only need to choose the most convenient one for you.
Instructions
Step 1
On the main page of the official MTS website, indicate the region in which you are located, then select the "Tariffs and discounts for calls" section. Calculate the most favorable rate for yourself using the calculator on the website. To do this, indicate in its field the approximate amount of current expenses for mobile communications, the daily number of calls and sent SMS messages, the frequency of Internet access. Click the "Pick up" button, and after familiarizing yourself with the tariff offered by the system, you can go to it online.
Step 2
You can also switch the tariff using the Internet assistant. To do this, create a password of 6 or 9 characters, which must contain at least one number, lowercase and uppercase letters of the Latin alphabet. Then send a message from your mobile to number 111 with the text 25 space password. On the main page of the MTS official website, select the "Internet Assistant" tab and enter your phone number and password in the appropriate fields. After that, you can independently change the tariff, following the recommendations of the Internet assistant.
Step 3
Another way to change the tariff is to use the MTS Service application. Dial in your mobile combination * 111 # call button (for a smartphone * 111 * 1111 # call button), and you can manage not only the tariff plan, but also enable or disable various service options in USSD mode.
Step 4
You can also send an SMS with the tariff code to the short number 111. To find out the code, send an SMS message with the text 6 to this number. If for technical reasons your application cannot be processed, an answer will appear on the phone display informing about it. In this case, the funds for changing the tariff will not be debited from your account.
Step 5
If you are used to replenishing your account through special payment terminals, then you can change the tariff thanks to the electronic assistant. Activate the service free of charge by calling 111 2163, then order an access password by sending any SMS to 6262, wait for a reply message with a password, and then select the "MTS Service" section in the terminal.
