A certain part of mobile phones and communicators are capable of playing video files. Unfortunately, some of them are only designed to work with a special format - 3gp.

Instructions
Step 1
Use a special program to change the format of the video file. There are many different converters available. First, try to process your video using the Total Video Converter utility.
Step 2
Download the installation files for the specified application. Run the installer and follow the step by step menu to proceed with the installation. Restart your computer by completing the specified process.
Step 3
Open Total Video Converter by launching the TVC shortcut that appears on your desktop. After opening the main working menu, click the New Task button.
Step 4
In the expanded submenu, select Import File. Change to the directory containing the original video file. To do this, use the launched Explorer menu. Select the required file with the left mouse button and click the "Open" button.
Step 5
After selecting the source video, a new menu will open containing a list of formats into which the video can be converted. Explore the available formats related to the Mobile menu. Press the 3gp button.
Step 6
If you are processing a relatively long video file, and the mobile phone player is not equipped with the image rewind function, divide the movie into several separate tracks. This will allow you to quickly launch the desired point in the file.
Step 7
Open the Options menu and find the File Resize column. Go to the Max Time field and set the desired period. Save changes and return to the main menu of the program.
Step 8
Open the Output Folder menu and select the directory where the resulting files will be saved. Click the Convert Now button to start the process. As a result, you will receive several video files in 3gp format, the duration of which will not exceed the specified value.
Step 9
Copy the received files to the memory card of your mobile device. Check the video readability. For preliminary analysis of files, use the Nokia 3gp player program or its equivalent.
