Sometimes a newly purchased phone or any other device does not make the buyer happy, but disappoints. What to do then? There is a rule according to which you can return any product to the seller for no reason within a certain period of time.
Instructions
Step 1
Follow these steps if your phone is out of order and you want to return your mobile under warranty. Do not rush to sell it on the radio market or carry it to a paid repair service. If you have purchased a device, in no case throw away any document that was included in the kit: instruction, receipt, warranty card. Do not use its accessories for other phones (battery, memory card, headphones). These actions will only violate the operating conditions and will not be able to return the broken phone.
Step 2
Refer to the warranty card for the service life of this device. The standard term is one year. Next, make two copies of the sales receipt, as well as the warranty card. Draw up a document-claim (in the form of a statement) addressed to the executive or general director of the store (company). Specify the name, patronymic and surname of the director in the store itself, if they are not indicated in the check. In this document, describe the situation, what flaws were found in the device, what exactly is faulty.
Step 3
Add the following at the end: “I believe that a poor-quality product was sold to me, therefore, according to Art. 4, 18, 19, 22 and 23 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" I demand to terminate the sales contract and return the money paid for the phone ", then indicate the brand of the phone and the amount.
Step 4
Also write that for each day of delay over 10 days from the date of receipt of the claim, the company will be forced to pay a penalty in the amount of one percent of the value of the goods. You can also demand to replace the device with a similar one.
Step 5
Print the document in duplicate, each must contain a copy of the claim and receipt. Keep the originals with you. Give one copy of the claim to the store, on the second (yours) ask for the store's seal. If your requirements are not met, go to court.
