Step 1
You can disconnect any service package from MTS using the Internet. Type in the search engine Yandex or Google the word "MTS", select the official website of the company "Mobile Telesystems" and create a personal account on it. To do this, enter your mobile phone number and come up with a password. Now you can manage all the services of the company in your personal account. To deactivate a package of services from MTS, you will need a password that you will receive after sending a request from your personal account.
Step 2
Disable MTS services using your cell phone. To do this, dial from this phone the key combination * 111 * 375 #, then press the call. You will receive an SMS about the deactivation of the service. Remember that by disabling the distribution of MTS services, you will stop using informational texts, for example, when requesting a balance. An SMS message sent by you about the disconnection of MTS services will be free if you sent it in your home region, i.e. where the SIM card is registered. Otherwise, the service is paid, its cost depends on the roaming conditions and your tariff plan.
Step 3
You can refuse MTS services using the MTS Help. From your mobile phone, call 0890 and follow the instructions of the mobile consultant. After dialing the number, press the "2" key, then "0", wait until you are connected with the contact center specialist. Tell him the essence of your problem and wait for an SMS message about the disconnection of MTS services.
