Step 1
Download the utility with which you will change the firmware of your mobile phone. At the same time, the Flash Backup utility allows you to save the current operating parameters of your mobile device. Prepare your phone for firmware. Delete unnecessary data from its memory. Charge its battery to prevent the device from shutting down during flashing.
Step 2
Create a backup archive of the firmware you are using. Launch Flash Backup and select your phone model. In the left part of the working window, find the "Required elements" field. Check the boxes next to all options, including software and language pack.
Step 3
Choose any of the available storage formats. Now press the button "Read data" and wait for the completion of the creation of the archive of the system of your phone. Disconnect your device from your computer. Download the new firmware according to your own preferences when choosing it.
Step 4
Open the phone menu and go to the "Options" item. Disable the PIN code request when turning on the phone. This item is located in the "Security" menu. Connect the included mobile phone to the computer and launch the Flash Backup utility. Wait for your phone to be detected by the program and go to the "Data logging" menu.

Specify the location of the downloaded firmware file. Select the checkboxes of the parameters that you want to change. In this case, be sure to indicate the items "Software" and "Graphics package". Click the "Record Data" button after selecting the required parameters. Wait for the software update to complete. Under no circumstances disconnect your phone from your computer while flashing.
Step 6
Disconnect the cable from the phone after the "Operation completed" message appears. Restart your mobile device and check if it works.
