A number of cellular operators give subscribers the opportunity to use communications even with a lack of funds on the account. MTS subscribers get this opportunity when activating the Promised Payment service. However, if you do not like the idea of using borrowed funds to pay for cellular communications, you can turn off the service in your personal account on the MTS website.

Instructions
Step 1
It is quite convenient to manage the services provided by a cellular operator through your personal account on the operator's website. Open the mts.ru page in one of the browser tabs and click on the link "Login to your Personal Account" located in the upper right corner of the window.

In the form that opens, enter your password and login. Login in this case will be your phone number. Enter a sequence of numbers without spaces, starting with the mobile operator code.

If you have never used your personal account before, the need to enter a password you do not know can be confusing. To solve this problem, apply the "Get password" option by clicking on the link located next to the login form. Within the next few minutes, an SMS with a short accompanying text and a combination of numbers will be sent to the number indicated as a login. Enter the sent password in the required field.
Step 4
If necessary, change the password using the "Change password" option available from your personal account. If you do not want to remember another combination of characters, you can use the sent password for subsequent logins.
Step 5
Switch to the "Internet Assistant" service tab. The required name can be seen to the left of the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. To see a list of connected services, in the menu on the left, select the "Service Management" option. If you want to display a complete list on the page, use the "All" option at the bottom of the window. By default, service names will be shown in alphabetical order.
Step 6
Find the Promised Payment service in the list. If the "Disable" link is available to the left of the name, click on it. The option to deactivate the service may not be available if the balance is negative. Transfer sufficient funds to your account to redeem the activated promised payment, and disable the service through the "Internet Assistant".
