Step 1
Prepare a clean surface. It is best to lay a white sheet of paper, as small details will be clearly visible on it, which are very easy to lose. Study your remote carefully. The assembly principle for all consoles is approximately the same, the difference is in the location of the fastening bolts and latches. Read the manual for the household appliance you need to disassemble the remote control. Very often there is a diagram of the structure of the console. It will help you disassemble the remote correctly without disturbing any details.
Step 2
Remove the cover of the compartment where the batteries are located. Examine the latch for this compartment. It very often breaks down and begins to detach itself from the case. If the latch is broken, it must be replaced, as it is useless to glue the broken piece. Remove the batteries. Make sure that the batteries are not oxidized. Examine the contacts in the compartment. They must be clean, free from stains and extraneous coating. If the batteries are oxidized, then you will have to clean all the contacts, otherwise the remote control may not work. It is also recommended to buy rechargeable batteries instead of batteries. They are good because they do not oxidize. Also, with the help of batteries, you can save money.

Now make sure that any bolts on the body have been removed, if any. Try to remember the location of the bolts you removed, as they may vary slightly. Now take a plastic screwdriver, insert it into the gap between the two parts of the remote control and press lightly. Now your task is to find all the internal latches and open them. Use a screwdriver only made of plastic or hard rubber, as a regular screwdriver can easily break the plastic of the remote control. Press very carefully so as not to inadvertently break the latches. When you open all the latches, you can detach the parts of the remote. Be extremely careful, as there are a lot of tiny parts inside that can be easily damaged. Clean the rubber keyboard if necessary.
