Step 1
Use the USSD subscription service, which coordinates certain commands with Megafon's service applications in real time. To disable the basic package "Video Portal", you need to dial the combination * 506 * 0 * 1 # and press the call button. After a while, you will receive a message about the termination of the service.
Step 2

Send an SMS message to deactivate the "Video Portal" service to the short number 5060. In the text of the message, you must write the word stop and, after a space, put a number that corresponds to the current software package.
Step 4
Follow the link https://m.megafon.ru/vp to gain access to the Video Portal service site. On the page that opens, enter the verification code that protects against robots and your phone number of the Megafon mobile operator. After a while, you will receive an SMS message with a link that will allow you to download the site of the "Video Portal". It should be noted that in order to perform further actions, the mobile Internet must be configured on your mobile phone. Then click the "Disable" button. Check the rest of the service packages for connection.
Step 5
Activate the website in the "Personal Account" by entering your phone number and password for "Megafon". If you don't have a password, you can get it by sending a message to the number indicated under the login window.
