Subscribers of the cellular operator "Megafon" have the opportunity to connect to the "Video Portal" service, thanks to which they can watch TV programs without using Internet traffic. There are various packages for this service, which can be disabled in different ways.
Instructions
Step 1
For further work, check the installation of the mobile Internet settings on your phone.
Step 2
Disable the package using a special page located on the operator's official website at www.megafon.ru. To do this, in your browser, type the following address:

To operate the Video Portal service, you must gain access to the zone. To do this, on the page that opens, indicate the code that is written in the picture, enter your phone number. After these steps click "Submit".
Step 4
A service message will be sent to your phone, which will contain a link to the access zone. Enter it in the address bar. After that, you can manage the service via the mobile Internet. If you want to disable, then you just need to specify it in the menu.
Step 5
Disable the service using a special USSD command. The combination of symbols depends on the software package you connected earlier. To deactivate the basic package, dial from your phone: * 506 * 0 * 1 # and the call key. In the event that you connected the children's package, disable it using the command: * 506 * 0 * 4 #.
Step 6
Remember which USSD command you used to connect the program. To disable, just insert "0" into the number. For example, connecting the package "International", you entered the characters: * 506 * 7 # and the call key. To disconnect, enter: * 506 * 0 * 7 # and the call key.
Step 7
Disable the "Video Portal" service using an SMS message. To do this, send a text to the short number 5060. The content of the message will differ, it depends on the connected package. For example, to disable the Basic package, send the text "Stop 1". The Sport package is deactivated with the text "stop sport" and the 18+ Premium package with "stop 18".
Step 8
Disable the service by contacting any office of the mobile operator. You must have your passport with you.
