Each owner of a chainsaw has to periodically carry out its maintenance, which includes cooking and refueling with fuel and oil, adjusting the chain tension, regularly cleaning the undercover space - sprocket, chain brake, oil supply and tires, cleaning the air filter, etc. Sooner or later, any saw is repaired. To do this, you need to be able to parse it correctly. Let's look at an example by taking apart the pro work pbk 35 saw.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the clutch cover by unscrewing the fastening screws. After that, you can determine the condition of the cylinder mirror and piston by pulling the starter handle and observing the movement of the piston and cylinder walls. Diagnose the operation of the piston and eliminate the necessary problems.

Step 2

Unscrew the screws and remove the starter cover. For convenience, remove the cross handle. Unscrew the screws on the handle, disconnect the wires from the switch. Unscrew the screws from above and remove the top cover. Unscrew the self-tapping screw of the air filter cover and the nuts of the upper and lower supports, then remove the handle. Remove the air filter by unscrewing the screws that secure the case.

Step 3

Remove the gas hose from the carburetor fitting. "Halve" the main body of the saw by unscrewing the screws and the oil tank cap. Remove the ignition module, then dismantle the clutch drum. To do this, turn the crankshaft clockwise. Achieve such a position of the piston, when, moving upward, overlapped the gas outlet.

Step 4

Unscrew the clutch retaining nut. Dismantle the flywheel by applying a few light blows to its "bosses". Unscrew the screws and remove the gas tank and oil hose from the oil supply fitting. Next are the oil tank, pump and carburetor. Then you can remove the chain tension screw and split the engine.

Step 5

Find the cause of the chainsaw malfunction and fix it. Assemble the chainsaw in a clear sequence and do not leave "unnecessary" parts. If you are not confident in your abilities, it is best to contact a specialist for the first time and monitor his work, so that later you can start disassembling your chainsaw yourself. Otherwise, you can not only disassemble the device incorrectly, but also say goodbye to it altogether.
