Step 1
Decide why you need to disassemble your TV. TV disassembly may be complete or incomplete. Complete disassembly involves the complete dismantling of all parts of the TV, and incomplete, accordingly, the dismantling of some separate part. If you need to get out any object that has fallen through the grate, it will be enough just to remove the back panel of the TV. More global malfunctions will require a detailed analysis of your device. It should be noted separately that plasma TVs should not be disassembled under any circumstances, since they have a completely different structure and can only be repaired under special conditions using special equipment.

Carefully read the instruction manual for your TV that comes with the kit. It always contains a diagram of the apparatus. This will help you find all the securing bolts.
Place a soft cloth on the surface where you will take the TV apart to avoid scratching the monitor. It is also recommended that all disassembly work be carried out using gloves to avoid greasy marks. It is worth noting that self-disassembly voids your warranty, therefore, it is recommended to disassemble the TV yourself only when the warranty period has expired.
Step 3
Disconnect the TV from the mains. Remove all screws carefully. Try to remember which slot each screw was in. It is worth noting that the bolts can vary in length and width, so it is best to draw an approximate plan for the location of the bolts on paper and arrange them in order so as not to get confused. Now you can carefully remove the back cover of the TV. It is usually secured with plastic clips. In the instruction manual, find all the places where they are located so as not to inadvertently break some of them. To remove, you need to press on each latch, while gently pulling the cover in the opposite direction. Do not press with a regular screwdriver, as the iron can damage the plastic. For this, there are special screwdrivers made of dense rubber or flexible plastic.

Incomplete disassembly of your TV is complete. Next, you will see the internal structure of your unit. Most of the parts are attached using soldering. It is highly discouraged to disassemble the TV completely, as it requires special education and skills in soldering parts. Therefore, it is worth disassembling the TV only for minor repairs.
