Step 1
Purchase the necessary equipment to connect to the TV provider "Raduga". Step 2

Step 3
Enter the coordinates or the name of your settlement on the website and select the ABS-1 satellite (75e). Next, set the exact installation location on the map. The site will calculate and offer you the exact values of the PA (elevation angle), azimuth, direction to the satellite and the angle of rotation of the converter. After obtaining the necessary data, rotate the converter depending on the coordinates of the location of the antenna relative to the seventy-fifth meridian.
Step 4
Calculate the direction to the satellite (bearing reading) using the compass. To do this, set aside the desired angle from the blue arrow (North Pole) clockwise. The elevation value is calculated on this website without calculating the offset angle. This angle may differ depending on the type of antenna. So on Golden Interstar, Supral or World Vision antennas, the elevation angle value coincides with the value on the website, and on RUSSAT antennas, the elevation angle is 24. For the most accurate antenna tuning, special equipment is required. If you do not have access to it, set it up using the receiver. However, it should be noted here that the scale used in the receiver is not accurate.
