Step 1
To unblock the SIM card, contact the nearest MTS office, you need to have an identity document (passport, driver's license or other) with you. If the SIM card is not registered to you, the owner must draw up a notarized power of attorney in your name. Also, you must have a SIM card with you or know the number.
Step 2
Take advantage of the self-service system. To do this, go to the official website of the cellular company "MTS". On the top panel, a little to the right, find the inscription "Internet Assistant", click on it. A page will open in front of you, where you will need to specify your ten-digit number of your mobile phone and password, then click "Login". To activate the self-service access code, dial the following USSD command from your cell phone: * 111 * 25 # and the call key. A service message will come to your phone, where you will need to enter a password consisting of four to seven digits.
Step 3
To your left in the menu, find the "Number blocking" tab, click on it. A page will open where you will need to put a check mark in front of the inscription "Remove voluntary blocking". Then confirm your action.
Step 4
You can also remove the voluntary blocking on the SIM card of the mobile operator "MTS" using the "Mobile Assistant" service, for this, dial * 111 # from your phone, then follow the prompts of the autoinformer.
Step 5
You can call from any MTS SIM card to the subscriber service line by short number 0890. By contacting the operator and giving the code word or passport data of the account holder, you will remove the voluntary blocking.
Step 6
Removal of voluntary blocking is carried out free of charge at any time convenient for you. Usually, after this you need to restart the phone.
