Call the support service of your operator and ask to unblock your number. Megafon subscribers can do this by dialing 0500, MTS customers - 0890, and those who use Beeline services need to dial 0611. A support center employee can request your passport data, as well as clarify under what conditions a SIM card turned out to be blocked.

Contact one of the communication salons or the subscriber department of your locality. It is desirable that it belongs to the operator you are a client of. Take with you your passport, the SIM card itself, as well as documentation for it, if any. The office staff will check the SIM card and unlock it on their own, if possible.
