All that is needed to connect a laptop to a music center is the laptop itself, a music center with the AUXE function, which is almost 100% of the music centers, and an adapter cable of the appropriate length. The cable should have two bells on one side and one jack on the other. Such a cable can be bought at any store of radio / video electronics and spare parts, its price is in the range of 100-200 rubles.
Step 2
Bells, or tulips, are usually red and white, indicating sound channels. The cable itself usually consists of two "glued" wires or a sheath in the form of one wire (in fact, there are two thin wires inside the sheath, for the output of the left and right audio channels).
The jack is a metal pencil, the standard is 3.5 mm. This jack is used in all portable headphones, and the output for it - in all players and many mobile phones.
The cable itself must be of the appropriate length so that you can easily and without pulling the wire connect the computer to the music center.
Step 3
The jack plugs into the headphone jack on the laptop, indicated by the painted or engraved headphone jack on the side of the computer case. The bells are connected to the amplifier (music center) according to the colors of the bells and audio outputs.
After connecting the cable, turn on AUX or VIDEO on the music center, and the sound from the laptop will be output to the speakers.
