In order to be able to terminate the service contract with the Megafon network, you must have no arrears in payment for mobile services, and you must not be in roaming for 2 previous months.

In person or by sending your authorized representative (with a notarized power of attorney) in your place, visit the Megafon operator's salon-representative office. You can also receive the balance from your account after termination of the contract in cash at the cash desk, top up the balance of another subscriber, transfer money to your other personal account with a mobile company.
